1 Opinion Summaries Received from Investors in Response to Listed Company Corporate Governance Questionnaire for Investor August 26, 2008 Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. On May 27th, 2008, the Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. (TSE) published the“Listing System Improvement FY 2008.”Its highest priority is on“Improving conditions to enhance the corporate governance of TSE-listed companies”as one of the measures to improve its listing system during the current fiscal year.
