Assessment of English Disclosures by Overseas Investors (pages 8-14) —While 75% of respondents saw an improvement in English disclosure, 72% were dissatisfied due to the delay in the timing of disclosure of English-language materials and the lack of English disclosure in small- and mid-cap stocks. —Some commented that foreign investors were put at a disadvantage and that it would discourage them from investing in Japanese companies. 2.
