Financial Reports

Earnings reports (Kessan tanshin)/Mid-term earnings reports have been recognized as central disclosure documents related to earnings announcements in Japan over many years. Their purpose is to promptly provide the market and investors with important investment information related to earnings as soon as it is available, in advance of statutory disclosure via the securities report.

TSE prescribes the format and outline of contents for earnings reports (including mid-term earnings reports) which is used as the standard publication format when listed investment trusts announce earnings.
