| ３．Reason | TERASAKI ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. (hereafter "the Company") did not expect to be able to submit its quarterly report by Aug. 14, 2018 and obtained approval to extend the submission deadline to Sep. 14, 2018 by submitting a written application for approval of the extension of the submission deadline in accordance with the provisions of Article 17-15-2, Paragraph 1 of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, etc. On Sep. 14, 2018, the Company submitted a quarterly report. However, the quarterly report was submitted even though the audit firm had not yet completed the review. The review by the audit firm is still ongoing, and on Sep. 20, 2018, the Company disclosed that it has not received the quarterly review report from the audit firm. If the Company does not submit the correction to the quarterly report to which a quarterly review report referred to in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Audit Certification is attached by Sep. 28, 2018, the eighth business day after the statutory submission deadline, TSE will decide to delist the stock of the Company. TSE designates the stock of the Company as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation), and informs investors of the possibility of a delisting. |
