arrownet-Global means 'One-Stop' international connectivity service between Overseas User sites and JPX Co-Location which is provided by Partner Network vendors (hereinafter "arrownet-Global vendor") based on partnership with JPX in order to improve the accesibility from JPX Co-Location to overseas sites.
